Yeah, that’s right, they didn’t like what you said, so they turned you down. It has nothing to do with your experience and skills. At Work It DAILY we tell people all the time to avoid using overused buzzwords like “creative”, “motivated”, “passionate”, and “driven” on their resumes, because they don’t really mean much. But there are also phrases you should steer clear of too if you want to make a good impression with recruiters.
