Yesterday, we shared the story of Sergey and his hope to find a new job after his boss wouldnā€™t give him some extra time off. (To read the full situation, CLICK HERE to access yesterday's newsletter.) We asked our readers, 'What Would YOU Do?" - and got some EXCELLENT responses. Here's what they said:

I would keep the two things separate. Changing a job isnā€™t usually based on one point which doesnā€™t match someoneā€™s own expectations. So start the ā€˜new jobā€™ process now. And offer a package to your new employer why he should give you three weeks off even you are on board for just a short time.
Or rethink what has to be done at your actual job to get a yes for the extra week (creating an event or making a deal is always aloud. Stay positive.).
