A hiring manager will spend, on average, seven seconds scanning your resume.
Seven seconds is not a lot of time, which means you need to showcase the right information on your resume. You need to be clear and simple, while also getting your point across, we like the phrase “less is more”.
It’s easy to want to add a ton of different information to try and impress hiring managers, but there is some information that’s just not necessary.

Behavioral questions are a very specific type of question, and if you aren’t prepared it could catch you off guard. You are also going to want to answer these types of questions strategically, because hiring managers are looking for something specific when they ask you these.
