Do you sometimes find it hard to understand how people are feeling?

In the workforce it can be common for peopleā€™s decisions to be driven by emotions rather than facts. This can be frustrating for people who are very logical or maybe arenā€™t as emotional as others. There is nothing wrong with this, however, being a very logical thinker can sometimes make it difficult to understand and read other peopleā€™s emotions.

Figuring out how people are feeling can make it easier to understand and get along with customers, co-workers, and bosses. So how do you read peopleā€™s emotions?

There is a technique we have for you called ā€œlistening for emotionā€, and itā€™s widely used by life coaches for this exactly.
