How to find a job you’ll actually enjoy! It all starts with your personality.
In this day and age, people are deciding to stay in the workforce a lot longer than they used to. Workers aren’t retiring when they hit their mid sixties, they decide to keep on going.
Unfortunately, as we get older we start to face more challenges when it comes to hiring, one of them being experience discrimination. This occurs when older workers struggle to get employment opportunities because their younger counterparts have the same experience, but at less of a cost.
The good thing, is that since more and more workers are deciding to stay in the workforce, employers are giving them a closer look. Just because you are a certain age, doesn’t mean you can’t get a job. And your resume doesn’t need to reflect your age either.
One of the best ways to stay attractive to employers is to stay relevant. This means not looking or acting out of date — in person and on paper. Here are some ways you might be dating yourself without even realizing!
Here’s what’s going on in the news (related to careers of course):
Young adults have ‘money dysmorphia’.
Why so many Americans get roped into multilevel marketing schemes.
Petco’s CEO is stepping down.

It all starts with understanding your personality. To find a job you actually enjoy doing, you need to cater to how you thrive in the workplace. In 2015, J.T. saw too many people disliking their jobs and knew she needed to help. She wanted them to understand how finding a job that fits their personality can make all the difference. So she set out to create the Career Decoder Quiz.
It’s a 20 question test that helps job seekers understand their Workplace Personas, A.K.A how you create value in the workplace by leveraging your skills and personality.
Once you know what your top Workplace Personas are, you can understand the types of work you will thrive in. Click HERE to take the FREE quiz!
Don’t forget to give us your email address at the end of the quiz. This is how we can send you our special offer to get your quiz results interpreted by J.T. herself!
