Below are three stories about interview experiences, however, two of them are real and one is fake. Can you figure out which one is the lie?
Story #1: I flew from NY to LA to interview someone who asked me to stand there and wait in a hotel lobby so that she could finish the game of solitaire she was playing, because it looked like she was going to win.
Story #2: I was doing a phone interview and when I asked if the candidate had any questions for me. She replied, âYou sound very attractive, I think we may have a connection. Would you please describe what you look like in detail?'
Story #3: I asked a candidate about their experience, they confidently claimed to have single-handedly built a rocket ship in their backyard. I was speechless.

Talking about yourself can be hard for some people and for others itâs a breeze. When asked in an interview âTell me about yourselfâ, it can feel uncomfortable and might be challenging to find the right words to say. It doesnât need to be though, luckily, we know all of the right things to say for any job interview question.
