The Job Search Hack This Woman Used To Get A Job At Google!! 🙌

Did somebody say FREE? Yup, we did. We’ve got live events, instant access resources, and quizzes all for FREE!

Remote jobs are highly in demand right now! If you’re in the market for a new job and want to work from home, we have some ideas for you.

Found job you like? Apply directly though their website using the links above. But remember, LinkedIn is your friend, we always suggest using backchanneling to give yourself a better shot at lading a job. To learn more about connecting with potential employers click HERE.

In the video above, J.T. explains how much she loves a framework built by Steven Bartlett. As a career coach, she agrees that if you are continuously filling the five buckets (knowledge, skills, network, resources, & reputation) then you are setting yourself up for career success.

Why?

If you get caught up in your job focusing only on the paycheck and day to day work, you’re probably letting some of these buckets deplete. This becomes a problem when the market changes, layoffs/firings start to happen, and you need a new job. For example, if you haven’t nurtured your network for a few years and then all of a sudden you reach out to a connection asking for help, you might not be pleased with the outcome.

To set yourself up for success now and in the future with your career, you need to constantly be filling up your buckets. And when we say this, we don’t mean you need to spend hours and hours a day making sure your career is on track. All it requires is a few minutes a day to work it daily.
