Have you ever been asked a question during an interview and you werenā€™t sure how to answer it? It may have even felt hard to answer?

Itā€™s becoming more and more common for employers to ask behavioral-based questions during an interview. These questions can help them make an educated guess about how you will perform in the future based on your past experiences. Itā€™s not uncommon for people to find these types of questions challenging or tough. They donā€™t have to be though!

Being able to answer these types of questions well will give you a leg up and impress the employer, boosting your chances of moving ahead in the hiring process.

So while you canā€™t predict the questions you will be asked during a job interview, you can familiarize yourself with some common ones. Hereā€™s how you should handle these tough interview questions.

Todayā€™s Eat to Succeed recommendation comes from Work It DAILYā€™s Senior Editor Jenna Arcand. These are her favorite bars from 88 Acres:

Protein Bars: ā€œDon't have time for breakfast? Busy at work and need to skip lunch? These protein bars will keep you full for a few hours. And they taste really good too.ā€

Granola Bars: ā€œThese are the best nut-free granola bars I've ever had. My go-to is the cinnamon maple. I have one after my morning workout. It helps me refuel for work.ā€

You probably wonā€™t work at the same company for your entire life.

Whether you decide to leave on your own or if someone else makes that decision for you, just know that every job is temporary. You will most likely work for many different companies throughout your career, which isnā€™t a bad thing. As people grow and change they need different opportunities to help fuel their growth for a successful career.

However, leaving a job where you have made friends and have become a part of the community can be challenging. You most likely have spent a lot of time with these people and you have gotten to know each other pretty well. Leaving them behind is difficult. And the thought of having to make new friends and connections as a new job can be daunting.

Hereā€™s what you need to know about leaving your friends behind.
