How To Use The Experience + Learn = Grow Model

Many people are told to use the STAR method when answering interview questions. In the video above, J.T. explains why you shouldn’t use this method, and what you should use instead.

When answering interview questions, you should sound authentic and confident. The STAR method doesn’t always allow for that, and can make you sound like a robot.
