Unlocking Management Potential: Stephanie’s Journey to Leadership

When Stephanie reached out to me, she was feeling stuck and undervalued. This included taking on high-visibility projects, volunteering for cross-departmental teams, and seeking mentorship from current leaders in the organization. These actions helped Stephanie build influential connections and showcased her leadership potential to decision-makers.

Mock Interviews and Feedback 🧑‍💼

To prepare Stephanie for her next management interview, we conducted several mock interviews. This practice helped her articulate her qualifications and leadership vision more effectively.
