Elijah is looking for a new job in secret. Heâs been with his company for 10 years. Itâs not that he hates his job; he just feels stale and wants to learn new things and try out a new environment. He recently interviewed with a company. The person interviewing said, âIs there something bad happening at your company? Youâre the third person weâve interviewed from your company for this role.â He didnât know what to say so he just said, âNo.â He didnât get the job, and from the looks of it (nobody has quit), the other folks from his company didnât get it either. What should he say differently next time if gets asked something like this?
