Elijah is looking for a new job in secret. He’s been with his company for 10 years. It’s not that he hates his job; he just feels stale and wants to learn new things and try out a new environment. He recently interviewed with a company. The person interviewing said, “Is there something bad happening at your company? You’re the third person we’ve interviewed from your company for this role.” He didn’t know what to say so he just said, “No.” He didn’t get the job, and from the looks of it (nobody has quit), the other folks from his company didn’t get it either.
