Myth: Just because you don’t have the experience doesn’t mean you can’t apply for the job!
Gen Z seems to be facing a difficult time in the job search world. Companies are requiring two plus years of experience for entry level jobs. They should have no problem getting these jobs, but the “years of experience requirement” is holding them back from applying.
This idea that you need years of experience as a new grad applying for an entry level job is a MYTH!
