An ATS or Applicant Tracking System is a program companies use to rank resumes during the hiring process. The higher your resume is ranked, the higher chance that yours will be seen by an actual person.

There will come a point in your interview process where you will have to think about what salary to ask for. For many of us, the thought of asking someone for a certain amount of money can feel weird, but it doesnât need to be.
