âI would speak to my boss - perhaps itâs not personal? If she is unhappy she should start looking for another job or career! Communication is key and so is loving your job, like I do! No job is worth your mental health!â
â1. Find out specifically what he does not like or is dissatisfied within her work
2. Obtain a copy of her job description and review it
3. Find out what are his expectations are of her and see if it aligns with her job description
4. Update her resume
5. Document everything
6. Setup a meeting with him regularly to discuss
7. Document goals if she has not done that already and review the associated accomplishments with him during the regular meetingsâ
