You worked so hard to get a job offer, what would make you want to decline it? Well, what if the proposal isn’t a good fit for you? What if you get multiple job offers and have to choose only one? These are only a few reasons, having to decline a job offer is more common than you would think, and people decline for various different reasons.
That being said, there is a right and wrong way to decline a job offer. You want to be respectful and explain why the job wasn’t a right fit for you. It’s important to maintain a good relationship with the employer, even if you will not be working for them. Here’s what you need to know…
