It will take time and dedication, but if itā€™s truly is your dream job and you want it bad enough, then you will land it.

Do you have a panel interview coming up? Panel interviews can be intimidating, because there are multiple people you have to address which also means multiple people you have to impress. Everyone on this panel has the ability to say if you should get hired or not. So how do you effectively present yourself to everyone? Hereā€™s some of our tips to nail your next panel interview:

Below are three stories about first day of work experiences, however, two are real stories and one is a lie. Can you figure out which one we made up?

Story #1: I got hired at an insurance place. I was told to dress business casual, so my first day I was wearing chinos and a sweater. I was still filling out paperwork when someone came in and told me I needed to go home and change.

Story #2: On my first day at a new job, I got an email in the afternoon from corporate announcing layoffs. I was literally at the job for less than a day before I got laid off. It was pretty unreal.

Story #3: I got a temp job at an office going through files and shredding old documents. What they didn't tell me until I got there was that the shredder was actually a leaf shredder located on a loading dock.

Which story is the lie?

Work It DAILYā€™s Newsletter Manager Cassidy Oā€™Donnell loves this cleanser and face cream for her daily routine:

ā€œI love using La Roche-Posay cleanser when I wake up in the morning to refresh my face, I like how it doesnā€™t dry out my skin too much. I then follow it up with the Honest Beauty hydrogel cream, and it makes my skin feel so hydrated and soft, I absolutely love it. Itā€™s the best part of my morning routine and a great start to a long day of work!ā€
